"Endanik on the wheels" series of educational and cultural events has been launched with the support of the RA Ministry of Education and Culture "Endanik" Children's and Youth Creative Center

From August 26 to 28, within the framework of the program, courses on "Importance and problems of extracurricular education" were held at "Endanik" center.

20 pedagogues from 14 communities of Shirak region and educational and cultural institutions of Javakhk participated in the three-day full theoretical and practical courses. On the example of "Endanik" center, the features of the organization of the extracurricular educational institution model, the importance of individual and layered teaching, the methods of implementing additional educational activities were presented. It was discussed why it is necessary to carry out extra-curricular education in communities, to ensure the organization of free entertainment for teenagers and how to contribute to the discovery of their creative abilities and skills, the development of aesthetic, physical and military patriotic education and the formation of applied knowledge. 

At the theoretical courses, the participants performed independent and team work, made educational and cultural programs, work plans. Each team presented their work, highlighting the professions that fit the needs of their communities. The practical classes were held in the professional groups of the center, each participant was given an individual approach to learn the skills of the preferred profession.
