The golden register of the relationship between Armenia and Georgia, relationship which comes from ancient times, was decorated with one more beautiful episode: spiritual unity, relationship of centuries, brotherhood relations….
The contest festival was held in the frame of solemn celebrations in the capital of Georgia, dedicated to Saint George, which was organized by the union of the development of Georgian culture and intercultural relations, and this contest festival united 22 cultural groups from Armenia and Georgia, thus giving new impulse to the expansion of cooperation, dialogue of cultures and continuous development of intercultural relations between two friendly people.
It was the group of song and dance of Ministry of SE of the RA “Endanik” youth creative center of Gyumri, that presented Armenia in this festival.
The flags of Armenia and Georgia were waved under the Armenian “Berd” dance performance and inspired sounds of music, as the proof of the relationship between people, relationship which has history of centuries.
The audience enjoyed the dance performances of “Endanik” ensemble with great pleasure and the standing ovation proved the power of the unbreakable force of the Armenian, the entire devotion to national traditions and noble patriotic ideas of the Armenians.
As a result of the unbiased, impartial voting of jury the ensemble of “Endanik” center was awarded with three main prizes, and these prizes were diplomas, medals and icon of St. George.
The organizers of the festival invited the ensemble to participate in the main celebrations of Christmas.
