Classical (Academic) Vocal
Learners' age group: 6 to 18 years old Number of learners: Not less than 7 learners Volume of classes: 6 to 8 class periods per week Duration of classes: 1 class period is 45 minutes, 6-8 class periods per week Duration of study: One year
CONTENTS
Vocal music is the oldest form of music, as it requires no instruments other than the human voice. In the classical vocal club, students are taught various styles of the art of singing. Students will become acquainted with the characteristics of vocals, the most fundamental of which are the classical, pop, and folk genres. Famous creators of musical art will be presented, their performance techniques will be taught, and students will learn solo songs and choral performances. During individual lessons, vocal skills will be developed for both soloists and choral performers. Students will become acquainted with stage posture and choral ethics.
FORMS OF INSTRUCTION
The program is implemented through a combination of theoretical and practical classes in group and individual formats. An individual approach is given to each student, taking into account their abilities, perception, and age. Work will be carried out with students to master stage posture and ethical norms. Open classes, master classes, and visits to musical ensembles are organized. Students will participate in urban, republican, and international song festivals.
EXPECTED OUTCOMES
Within the framework of the program, learners must:

Be able to perform works by Armenian national and classical composers, as well as famous works of world musical art,

Be able to perform a song with the correct rhythm and in accordance with its character,

Recognize the song, analyze the text, correctly interpret and perform the analysis of the song,

Be able to perform two-part songs with correct and clean singing.
