"Bridging Education and the Labor Market"
The "Soft Skills" group of students visited the production workshop of "Lentex" LLC, where a meeting took place. The goal of the discussion-workshop titled "Bridging Education and the Labor Market" was to utilize the full potential of data science and behavioral science to develop evidence-based policies aimed at bridging education and the labor market, addressing youth unemployment by helping them prepare to enter the workforce and make more informed decisions, as well as familiarizing them with the workshop's activities, production volumes, and its market implementation.
As part of the program, the teenagers were introduced to the company's growth trajectory through flexible marketing policies, the secrets of success, and had the opportunity to actively participate in the operation of equipment in various production sections, already familiarizing themselves with the correct organization of workplaces. Topics such as "What is the labor market?", "Producer-consumer literacy cooperation," and "Teamwork skills for organized and efficient work" became catalysts for discovering future job opportunities, helping them prepare for entering the workforce and making more informed decisions.
Acquiring fundamental professional knowledge and skills by the center’s students will be considered a guaranteed ticket for entering the labor market.
