CONTENTS
Pottery is the craft of making clay items and a branch of decorative and applied arts. Within the framework of the program, students get acquainted with the history of pottery, folk traditions, and national historical and cultural roots. During the learning process, club members learn to observe safety rules, apply professional tools, materials, and methods of clay processing used in pottery. They are introduced to the stages of pottery making, ornament and pattern drawing and sketching work, and the stages of firing. Working with clay contributes to the development of fine motor skills and begins to uncover one's own potential. The activities of the club will allow students to have a meaningful, useful, and purposeful occupation.
FORMS OF INSTRUCTION
Instruction is carried out through a combination of theoretical and practical classes.
An individual approach is provided to each learner, taking into account their abilities and perceptual characteristics.
During the learning process, open classes, viewings of thematic programs, visits to museums, meetings with masters of the field, and excursions are held.
