CONTENTS

During the program, students are taught self-defense and martial arts skill application techniques, and special tactical hand-to-hand combat tricks are presented. The sport emphasizes the formation and nurturing of volitional qualities for personal self-improvement. Students are introduced to strength and acrobatic exercises, hand and foot strikes, offensive and defensive techniques, and katas. Through open classes, master classes, and refereeing seminar sessions, students will acquire professional skills and abilities that will serve as a guarantee for applying them in the future and achieving success. A collective team of successful students will be formed, which will participate in international, republican, regional, and municipal competitions, as well as demonstration performances.

FORMS OF INSTRUCTION

The educational process is carried out through a combination of current theoretical and practical classes.

There may be students admitted at different times in the club; new students are given a corresponding thematic assignment, presenting the progress of the work and the execution technology, with corrections made along the way.

During each class, the educator reveals the student's practical abilities, understands their physical preparedness, and provides the student with the opportunity to utilize their acquired knowledge.

Within the framework of the program, learners must:
