The program focuses on teaching students the principles of good conduct and developing essential personal and interpersonal skills, including goal-setting, self-confidence, self-expression, teamwork, and effective communication.

Students learn how proper time management contributes to punctuality, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility. The program also introduces them to the characteristics of the business sector, labor market supply and demand, and the principles of effective communication with employers.

Students learn how to develop, write, and professionally present business plans. Throughout the learning process, students who demonstrate challenging or problematic behavior are identified and supported through the creation of an atmosphere of tolerance, respect, and positive interpersonal relationships.

Particular importance is given to the role and significance of patriotic education in shaping responsible, respectful, and well-rounded individuals and citizens.

FORMS OF INSTRUCTION

The program is implemented through a combination of theoretical and practical classes.

An individualized approach is provided to each student, taking into account their abilities, skills, interests, and individual learning needs.

Various teaching methods are used throughout the program, including listening activities, film screenings followed by discussions, presentation-based explanations and analysis of topics, written and oral expression of ideas, dialogue, and role-playing. These methods help students develop independent and critical thinking, effective communication, and self-expression skills.

The program also includes educational and exploratory visits, meetings with employers, excursions, discussions, and other educational and cultural activities.

PROGRAM OUTCOMES

Upon completion of the program, students should:

  • Develop effective communication skills and interpersonal abilities;
  • Be able to develop business ideas and present them clearly and confidently;
  • Be able to analyze the labor market and identify relevant opportunities and needs;
  • Be able to work effectively as part of a team;
  • Demonstrate basic principles of politeness, respectful behavior, and professional conduct.
