“We Are a United Force”

On June 19, an open lesson entitled “We Are a United Force,” dedicated to the State Flag Day of the Republic of Armenia, was held at the Gyumri “Yntaniq” Children and Youth Creative Center. The lesson was organized by students of the Center’s English and chess groups and conveyed the spirit of an independent homeland and national unity.

The aim of the open lesson was to present the historical path of the Armenian people and manifestations of unity, promote awareness of the importance of preserving and valuing state and national values, and foster patriotic education.

The performance of the National Anthem of the Republic of Armenia was moving and inspiring. The students enthusiastically presented the history of the creation of the state symbols of the Republic of Armenia. Works by renowned Armenian poets dedicated to our homeland, Mother Armenia, with its centuries- and millennia-old history, were also recited.

The conclusion of the open lesson was particularly impressive, ending with inspiring words spoken by the children: “We are a united force; we are the citizens of your tomorrow, and we will continue to help you, because we are the successors of the just cause of our ancestors… We proudly and confidently say: we are your children, Armenia!”
