In the Ministry of SE of ‘‘Endanik’’ Youth Creative Center on November 16, a program was summarized, entitled ''Endanik on Wheels’’ which had started on June. The aim of the program was to highlight the role of extracurricular education, to promote its development in the communities, to advantage adolescents' professional orientation, to discover their capabilities, to promote the dissemination and preservation of cultural values created in the fields of national arts and crafts, to strengthen the relationship between the extracurricular centers and secondary schools of Armenia's and Javaghk’s communities. In the first phase of the program /from the 27 th of June to the 1st of July / the training courses were carried out for 19 educators of rural communities of Shirak and Armavir regions. As a result of theoretical and practical trainings teachers were introduced to the importance of education and extracurricular issues, to the individual and differentiated forms of teaching, they also examined the implementation methods of the community research and the methods of detection of adolescents’ educational needs, the means of writing educational programs and thematic plans. In the second phase of the program /from the 4th to the 31st of October/ by the teachers and talented students of the center, the professional orientation courses were held in for the youth and local students at the secondary schools of Benjamin, Kamo, Horom, Nor Kjanq, Shirak, Sarnaghbyur and Saratak communities of Shirak region, Karakert, Mousaler of Armavir region, in Georgia , Ahalkalak 's Armenian Youth centers of Samtskhe-Javakheti region and in the educational and cultural centers of Ninotsminda. The courses were organized according to the interests and hobbies of adolescents in different specialties, such as Ceramics, Beads, Silversmithing, Painting, Carpet Making, Embroidery, Dancing, Wood craft and Radio-electronics. The pupils from the communities were full of great enthusiasm for acquiring new knowledge in the field of arts and crafts, for discovering their own abilities and potentials and their desire to have permanent groups in communities was too much. The adolescents’ expressed impressions proved that the program led to their professional orientation in a certain way, stimulating a great interest in specific specialties. The teachers and students were greeted with special warmth and with enthusiasm in Javakhk's educational and cultural centers. Georgia's Armenian Aid Union Administration Chairwoman Karine Tadevosyan emphasized the importance of cooperation between the extracurricular centers, as a result, of it the youth communication, knowledge and experience sharing, organization of frequent reciprocal visits will stimulate the preservation and establishment of national identity. Representatives of communities participating in the program, teachers, parents and students were present in the final exhibition-event of the center. The attendees watched the summary video about the first and second phases of the program of center’s students and communities adolescents’ joint artwork exhibition as a result of their professional orientation classes. Headmaster of the center Arhtur Minasyan summarizing the program, noted that the written responses received from the communities are extremely binding, as result of implementation of the program in previous years, he emphasized the positive impact of professional groups in the rural communities of Shirak regions, with the help of which revealed a lot of talented teens who have demonstrated the best results in various international competitions. In the frames of the program A. Minasyan presented certificates and prizes to communities’ schools which collaborated with the Center. The event ended with artistic performances by children and teenagers of communities and students of ‘Endanik’’center.
