In Anipemza: Under the ancient culture. Isahakyan and Saryan
Within the framework of events dedicated to the two giants of Armenian artistic and literary culture—Avetik Isahakyan (150th anniversary) and Martiros Saryan (145th anniversary)—the students of the "Entanik" Youth Creative Center made their creative presence felt in the Anipemza community of Shirak Province, in the historical area of Yereruyk Basilica. In this symbolic location, alongside one of the majestic examples of early medieval Armenian architecture, the event turned into a spiritual and cultural gathering. The youth presented theatrical recitations, analyzed Isahakyan's poetry and Saryan's painting, attempting to relive and interpret the creative worldviews of the two masters. During the event, the significance of the environment was particularly emphasized; in the stony silence of the Yereruyk Basilica, art transformed into a living conversation between the past and the present. An open-air painting workshop was also organized, where adolescents worked under the open sky, striving to decipher through color the emotions and imagery conveyed by Saryan's world of colors. This event held in Anipemza became an exceptional example of combining cultural heritage with contemporary youth creativity. It contributed to enriching the participants' thinking, deepening their interest in art, and valuing national values. The program is implemented with the support of the MoESCS of the Republic of Armenia and on the initiative of the "Entanik" Center.
