Concert "Independence is a value, peace is a fight"

On September 23, a concert dedicated to the 31st anniversary of Armenia's independence and the International Day of Peace entitled "Independence is a value, peace is a struggle" was held in the "Entanik" center. Pupils of the singing, dancing, duduk, dhol, piano workshop took part in the event. Young people presented information about the daily fierce struggle for independence. The aim and task of the concert-event was to value the role of Armenia's independence in state building, to promote patriotic education of adolescents, to emphasize the guarantees for the development of independent Armenia of the generation of independence, to convey strength and endurance to cope with the challenges of peace, to assess the price of imposing peace and the dedication of the Armenian soldier. "The independence created by Armenia had all shades, from black to white, from dark defeat to bright victory. Independence is the idea of ​​a strong state, a weak state cannot be independent," the students' words about these ideas were accompanied by patriotic songs and dances. The world celebrates September 20 as the International Day of Peace, and during the performances, the students spoke about the values ​​of peace, its firm price, in Armenia and in the region in general. Songs about peace were also performed and choreographic dances were presented.
