An Event Entitled “Flower Festival”
On May 11, students of the carpet weaving, rug weaving, and embroidery groups at the “Yntaniq” Children and Youth Creative Center of the Ministry of Education and Science presented an artistic event entitled “Flower Festival.”
The aim was to foster a caring attitude toward Mother Nature, appreciate the inseparable connection between humans and nature, and develop the ability to perceive and appreciate beauty.
During the event, the students shared interesting information about flowers with the audience and described these beautiful and wonderful creations of nature through poetry and song.
Through a staged performance, the students presented the selection of the Queen of Flowers, followed by beautiful dance performances by the dance group students entitled “Enchanted Flowers” and “Joyful Dance,” which created a cheerful atmosphere for the audience.
At the end of the event, the participants wished everyone that each day would be as beautiful and colorful as flowers.
The event contributed to enriching the students’ knowledge about flowers and plants.
