The “Yntaniq” Children and Youth Creative Center under the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Armenia has launched the “The Homeland Is Strong Through Its Devoted Sons” Military-Patriotic Summer School Program.

The program aims to contribute to the development of individuals brought up with strong national, universal, and patriotic values. Through a variety of activities, it seeks to increase the awareness of pre-conscription-age teenagers about the national army and strengthen their knowledge of military affairs.

A total of 75 teenagers aged 13–17 from Armenia, Artsakh, and Javakhk, as well as Syrian-Armenian participants, are taking part in the Military-Patriotic Summer School.

The program includes a range of activities aimed at promoting military-patriotic education, including:

  • educational sessions and games;

  • civil defense exercises;

  • practical first-aid and evacuation training;

  • seminars and discussions on the topics “The Priority of Army Building in Ensuring National Security,” “The Role of Radio Communication in the Army,” and “The Exploits of Our Contemporary Heroes”;

  • meetings with participants in the April military operations, military officers, and members of the Yerkrapah Volunteer Union.
