Conclusion of the “Yntaniq on Wheels” Educational Program
On April 26, the “Yntaniq” Children and Youth Creative Center of the Ministry of Education and Science concluded the “Yntaniq on Wheels” educational program.
Expanding the scope of its activities, this year the program included not only rural communities of Armavir and Shirak provinces and educational and cultural institutions in Javakhk, but also communities in Lori Province.
The aim of the program was to guide teenagers in their career choices, help them discover their potential in the fields of arts and crafts, emphasize the role of extracurricular education, identify professions preferred in rural communities, and contribute to the dissemination and preservation of national arts and crafts.
The closing event was attended by the administration and teaching staff of the “Yntaniq” Center, principals, teachers, and teenagers from secondary schools in the participating communities, as well as parents and students of the Center. The guests viewed an exhibition of works jointly created by the Center’s students and teenagers from the communities as part of the “Career Orientation” classes.
During the official part of the event, a video presentation introduced the audience to the activities carried out during the first and second stages of the program. Facts demonstrating the effectiveness of the educational program and its positive impact, which has become increasingly evident year after year, were also presented.
Summing up the program, Center Director Artur Minasyan congratulated the guests and thanked them for their cooperation, presenting them with letters of appreciation.
“It is a very moving and joyful moment because we are in such a beautiful and pleasant center, where the atmosphere itself is inspiring. The implementation of such programs in community schools, especially in border villages, is highly commendable. I would like to express my deepest gratitude to the Center’s staff, represented by Director Mr. Minasyan, who managed to organize these mutual meetings through joint efforts. At our school, we witnessed such a beautiful moment that will always remain in our memories. Thank you,” said Khachik Elbakyan, Principal of Aghin Secondary School, in his speech.
The students of the “Yntaniq” Center and teenagers from the communities were also awarded for their active participation in the “Career Orientation” courses.
“I would like to thank the Center’s administration and teachers for giving me the opportunity to participate in this educational program. By visiting different communities, I became acquainted with rural areas and made many new friends. The most important thing for me in this program was the opportunity to share the knowledge and experience I had gained at the Center with my peers,” said Hrach Hovhannisyan, a student of the Center’s pottery group, sharing his impressions.
The event concluded with artistic performances by students of the “Yntaniq” Center and teenagers from the participating communities.
