“Yntaniq Center”: Exhibition Entitled “Colors Through My Eyes”

On December 4, the “Yntaniq” Children and Youth Creative Center of the Ministry of Education and Science held an exhibition entitled “Colors Through My Eyes”, dedicated to the International Day of Persons with Disabilities.

The exhibition featured creative works by students of the Center’s Painting Club.

The aim of the exhibition was to encourage children with physical disabilities to develop their creative abilities and skills in harmoniously combining colors, provide them with opportunities for self-expression and participation in social activities, and present the works of students with disabilities attending the Center’s Painting Club.

The event was attended by artists, parents, teachers, and students.

The opening remarks were delivered by club instructor A. Muradyan, who briefly addressed the International Day of Persons with Disabilities and emphasized the importance of raising public awareness about people with disabilities and the issues affecting them.

Speaking about the students’ works, Muradyan noted that the young artists had uniquely reflected life in all its colors. He emphasized that each child has a distinctive sense of color, demonstrates a good command of artistic techniques, and displays creative approaches throughout the artistic process.

The Center’s Deputy Director, S. Petrosyan, also addressed the audience. She noted that the “Yntaniq” Center also provides education to students with physical and intellectual disabilities and special needs, and that all necessary conditions have been created to ensure they have access to comprehensive and free extracurricular education.

The attendees viewed the exhibition and highly appreciated the creative works, professional abilities, and skills of the students with disabilities.

The best participants of the “Colors Through My Eyes” exhibition were awarded certificates of appreciation.

Impressed by the exhibition, the parents also expressed their views and thanked the organizers for holding such an event. They emphasized that the appropriate conditions provided by the Center contribute to addressing the challenges faced by people with disabilities and supporting their inclusion as full members of society.
