“Yntaniq” Center: Painting Exhibition Entitled “Ancient Gods”

On May 30, the “Yntaniq” Children and Youth Creative Center under the Ministry of Education and Science held a painting exhibition entitled “Ancient Gods” in the Yerazgavors community of Shirak Province.

The event was attended by teachers of the “Yntaniq” Center, artists, staff members of the Yerazgavors Secondary School, parents, students, and community residents.

The exhibition featured around 80 works created by 21 students of the “Yntaniq” Center’s painting group operating in the Yerazgavors community.

Before viewing the exhibition, the students presented information about ancient Armenian mythology and its heroes, which they had studied in order to explore and present the theme as thoroughly as possible. Through their works, the teenagers expressed their own perceptions of the ancient gods and demonstrated an original creative approach.

A. Mkhitaryan, Principal of the Yerazgavors Secondary School, shared his impressions and expressed his satisfaction, highly appreciating the students’ works and encouraging them to continue creating with the same enthusiasm. The students’ parents also expressed their gratitude to the administration of the “Yntaniq” Center for providing their children with aesthetic education.

The event was concluded by Deputy Director of the “Yntaniq” Center S. Petrosyan, who congratulated the students on another successful exhibition and wished them continued creative achievements.
