“Yntaniq” Center: Participation in the City Celebration Dedicated to the Feast of the Holy Resurrection

On April 1, the “Yntaniq” Children and Youth Creative Center under the Ministry of Education and Science actively participated in the city celebration held in the “Khachkars” Park near the Church of the Holy Saviour in Gyumri. The exhibition-event, organized by the Gyumri Municipality and dedicated to Holy Easter and April Fools’ Day, was attended by representatives of regional and municipal authorities, educational institutions of Shirak Province, non-governmental organizations, as well as dance and theater groups.

At the exhibition, the “Yntaniq” Center presented handicrafts created by students of its pottery, woodcraft, carpet weaving, rug weaving, and decorative arts groups.

The Easter-themed decorations combining clay, wood, and metal were given unique and distinctive colors. The symbolic works dedicated to the holiday aroused great interest and admiration among the citizens.

The exhibition participants commemorated the glorious Resurrection of Christ, which was complemented by a beautiful folk tradition—the Easter egg game.
