Visit of the “Yntaniq” Center to a Military Unit on the Occasion of the 25th Anniversary of the Armenian Army

On March 10, the “Yntaniq” Children and Youth Creative Center of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Armenia organized a festive event at Military Unit No. 55035 of the Gyumri Garrison, dedicated to the 25th anniversary of the formation of the Armenian Army.

The event was attended by the military unit’s command, servicemen, and participants of the Four-Day April War.

The event was officially opened with an order by the commander of the military unit for the ceremonial presentation of the state flag of the Republic of Armenia, followed by the national anthem performed by the Gyumri Garrison Brass Band. Those present observed a minute of silence in memory of the Armenian soldiers who had bravely sacrificed their lives.

Talented students from the Center’s singing, dance, and martial arts clubs created a festive atmosphere for the servicemen through performances dedicated to the courage of the Armenian soldier, his selfless love for the homeland, devotion, and unwavering will.

The event featured numerous military-patriotic songs and dances, expressing an unshakable determination and faith in overcoming the enemy, as well as courage and heroism.

Young award-winning singers from Gyumri also took part in the event.

The celebration concluded with the words “Peace to everyone and everywhere,” expressed by a little patriotic “soldier.”

The event concluded with an exchange of letters of appreciation between the Center’s Director, A. Minasyan, and the Deputy Commander of the military unit, Lieutenant Colonel A. Grigoryan.

They emphasized the importance of organizing similar events, which help the younger generation develop a genuine understanding of the heroic image of Armenian officers and soldiers and strengthen their military-patriotic education.

Indeed, it is through such educational and mutually enriching encounters and jointly implemented programs that the young people who will shape the future of an independent state are formed and inspired.
