Artistic event "Let's Dance Together" dedicated to International Dance Day

"Very beautiful to sing it. This is how the historian Khorenatsi describes Nazenik." This is the first written word that has come down to us about the Armenian dancer. But dance has existed since ancient times. Religious, work and hunting rituals were accompanied not only by singing and music, but also by dancing․

On April 29, the artistic event "Let's Dance Together" dedicated to the International Dance Day took place at the children's creative center "Entanik". The aim of the event was to assess the role and importance of dance in the preservation and expansion of Armenian culture.

Teachers, parents, students of various workshops of the center were present at the artistic event entitled "Let's Dance Together".

Students of the theater and dance workshop meticulously presented the history of world dance. Students performed folk and national dances with an exceptional approach. The event focused on Armenian national and folk dance, the legacy left by the great masters.

Through dance, students expressed their feelings, emotions, joy, history and culture of the nation. The path to the art of dance is difficult, but everything can be overcome when students interested in the profession justify the efforts and expectations of the teacher. Unique character interpretation, discipline, diligence and exceptional dedication - these are the traits that dance teacher Mourad Torossian invests in bringing professional dancers of the dance studio of the "Entanik" center to the big stages.

At the end of the artistic event "Let's Dance Together", the students of the dance studio prepared a surprise for their choreographer by awarding him a certificate for patriotic education, transmission of dance secrets and new achievements.
