CONTENTS

The teaching of the Russian language has a unique significance in shaping an individual's worldview and mental progress; therefore, the learning process of the Russian language club is based on the formation and development of linguistic and philological skills. Special requirements are placed on the word, its meaning, correct word usage, semantic and grammatical compatibility of words, figurative use of words, and the role of words and word forms in sentences. All of this will contribute to forming coherent speech skills, enriching the vocabulary, developing students' logical and linguistic thinking, and reinforcing and developing the knowledge acquired at school. Particular attention is paid to phonetics, lexicology and phraseology, syntax, text preparation, and coherent speech.

The theoretical knowledge of the language and its practical application—free communication in the Russian language—are emphasized.

FORMS OF INSTRUCTION

The educational process is carried out through a combination of theoretical and practical classes.

An individual approach is provided to each learner, taking into account their abilities and perceptual characteristics.

During the learning process, various methods are applied: verbal, practical, conversation, debate, demonstration, role-playing, dramatization, and the written and oral expression of thoughts. Thanks to these methods, free thinking and expression skills will be formed in students.

Open classes, viewings of cultural films, educational visits, excursions, discussions, and similar educational and cultural events are organized.

The educator discovers the student's practical abilities, grasps their creative mindset, and provides the student with the opportunity to utilize their knowledge.

EXPECTED OUTCOMES

Within the framework of the program, learners must:

  • Possess the ability and skill to communicate,

  • Perform adequate translations into Russian,

  • Reinforce the knowledge received at school,

  • Possess a sense of responsibility,

  • Master the specific features of the language,

  • Possess a certain pre-professional orientation,

  • See, evaluate, and understand beauty in the surrounding environment,

  • Take an active part in invigorating cultural life,

  • Get acquainted with the culture of other nations.
