CONTENTS
Theatrical art is a part of national spiritual culture. Theater acts as a connecting link between literature, music, painting, and choreographic art, greatly contributing to the versatile development of a person. Club instruction promotes students' awareness of the enduring artistic values of Armenian dramaturgy, the inception of theatrical culture, and its subsequent development.
In the theater club, students learn to embody and portray various characters, master the culture of stage speech, stage posture, and enter into a role through the correct combination of facial expressions, movement, and speech. They learn to express their thoughts, emotions, and feelings, develop their imagination, refine their voice, work on diction, and overcome complexes. Rules of logical reading, completeness of character, skills for self-expression on stage, communication with the audience, and working in front of a camera will be taught. Theatrical art teaches how to distinguish between good and evil, appreciate beauty, and value art figures.
After visiting theaters and watching performances, discussions and character analyses are mandatory. Students are given the opportunity to use their thoughts and ideas in staging new plays.
