
Open lesson entitled "Eagles of Peace" dedicated to the 29th anniversary of the formation of the Armenian army
The event "Eagles of Peace" began with a tribute to the memory of the Armenian soldier who sacrificed his life for the Motherland in the war that broke out on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border on September 27, 2020. Those present observed a minute of silence in honor of the immortal memory of all the heroes, then the students of the ethnographic song and dance workshop performed the anthem of the Armenian army, "My Motherland, My Dream". The participants recalled the history of the formation of the Armed Forces: the pride and strength of the Armenian state.
A word of gratitude was addressed to all the fallen soldiers, especially to the defenders of the Motherland, alumni and students of the "Entanik" center and the Technical College N4 in Gyumri. The immortal memory of the graduate heroes: Arman Grigorian, Elfik Grigorian, Arthur Atoyan, Karen Sargsyan, Hovhannes Gasparian, Harutyun Ghazarian, who fell in the struggle, was praised.
Words of gratitude were addressed to the teachers of the center and college: Hayk Hovhannisyan, Arthur Vardanian, Levon Igitian, who from the first day of the war volunteered to defend the homeland.
The lesson ended with the words of Karen Atoyan, head of the ethnographic song and dance workshop, and the creation of an original painting. Those present wrote a word in three colors in the outline of the map of the Armenian state, drew a symbol, as a sign of unity and determination to develop the homeland by joint efforts.
