On May 30, the students of English group of “Endanik" center spoke in an open lesson about word formation and the genealogy of phraseological expressions in Armenian and English. Using video slides, the students presented to the guests phrases that are also applicable in everyday life. Emphasizing the features of phrases as grammatical units, a task was given to write out the phrases from the presented text through group work. The groups performed the practical work excellently, using the language knowledge. The lesson was concluded with a question-and-answer session with the participants and students from different groups of the center on the given topic, what did they learn and what phrases did they memorize, the active participants were rewarded.
The open lesson ended with the artistic performance of Marusya Palangyan, a student of the piano group.
