| Tournament participants |
Pupils having 3rd, 4rd degree and pupils without degree from 40,41 primary schools, “Photon” college, “Endanik” youth creative center, Chess school named after Tigran Petrosyan of Gyumri.
No more than 10 teenagers from each organization |
| Tournament system |
The tournament will be held in 4 phases according to Olympic system, in accordance with FIDE chess rules. |
| Additional indices |
The places of the participants having the equal points will be determined as follows:
- The average of the opponents, wins the participant having the maximum points.
- Factor of Buhgults, wins the participant having the maximum points.
- Number of victories, wins the participant having the maximum amount.

| Financial matters |
Tournament costs will be covered by the “Endanik” youth creative center. |
| Awarding |
The winners of 1st, 2nd, 3rd places will the awarded with diplomas and prizes.
The youngest, the biggest and the highest ranking girl participants of the tournament will also be awarded with diplomas. |
This regulation is considered as an official invitation.
