"PARATUN 2021" dance festival dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the Honored Artist of the ASSR, honorary citizen of Gyumri Aghasi Shaboyan took place in Gyumri Sports and Cultural Center, which was attended by Hayk Sultanyan, Deputy Mayor of Gyumri, Aghasi Shaboyan's relatives, representatives of the cultural sphere and others. Welcoming those present, Hayk Sultanyan emphasized the organization and holding of the festival in his speech, then referred to Aghasi Shaboyan's activities and his contribution in the field of dance. On the occasion of the day, a group of dance figures were awarded the "Aghasi Shaboyan 100" commemorative medal. The head of Gyumri community Samvel Balasanyan was also awarded with a commemorative medal, which was handed over to Hayk Sultanyan by the festival president, RA honored cultural figure, director of Gyumri "Dance School" Samvel Gasparyan.
