““Endanik”on wheels”


From July 1st to July 11th, 2015 in the Ministry of SE of RA “Endanik” youth creative center the first phase of the program entitled ““Endanik” on wheels”  was realized during which the training courses were hold for the 20 specialists from the communities of Shirak region and Davakhk. The aim of the program was to give importance to the role of the extracurricular education, to help in the creation of the professional training groups of arts and crafts in the communities, to help the teenagers in choosing the profession and in development of their abilities. The training was realized by both practical and theoretical learning, the practical works organized in professional groups were especially effective, during which the pedagogues obtained knowledge and abilities in the teaching of professions, which their communities need.  During the training courses the teachers discovered the methods of the realization of community research and of the detection of needs, teaching methods, the characteristic features of the planning of the professional  educational programs and thematic plans, the importance of personal and streaked, flaky teaching in extracurricular education process was also discussed . 
The result of the courses was summed up with the round-table discussion of the trained pedagogues and pedagogues of “Endanik” center. Through quiz the trained pedagogues expressed their impressions and suggestions, they stressed the importance of the organization of the training courses, hoping that the program will be continuous and that professional groups will be formed in the communities.
The director of the center Arthur Minassyan thanked the pedagogues participating in the program and gave them training participation certificates. 
The enthusiasm of the pedagogues was great. They stressed the importance of the realization of such training and educating programs, which will contribute to preservation of the national arts and crafts in communities, to provision of the purposeful activity of teenagers.
