A Concert Entitled “The Father of the Organ and the Organist” Was Held at the “Endanik” Center

A concert entitled “The Father of the Organ and the Organist” was held at the “Endanik” Center, dedicated to the 95th anniversary of the birth of Vahagn Stamboltsyan, the founder of Armenian organ performance and a renowned educator.

The event featured students of the organ group at the “Endanik” Center, who presented the audience with a rich and diverse program of classical music. The concert became a tribute to the contribution of Vahagn Stamboltsyan, one of the founders of the Armenian organ school.

The concert program included renowned works by William Jelloc, Christian Petzold, Johann Sebastian Bach, and Antonio Vivaldi.

The event highlighted the exceptional significance of the organ in both world and Armenian musical culture. Vahagn Stamboltsyan’s invaluable contribution to the development of organ art in Armenia, the establishment of the Armenian organ school, and the promotion of classical music was also presented.
