An educational and cultural program entitled “The Little Prince’s Visit to the Endanik Planet” was held at the Endanik Children and Youth Creative Center.

An educational and cultural program entitled “The Little Prince’s Visit to the Endanik Planet” was held at the Endanik Children and Youth Creative Center. The aim of the program was to present the ideological and semantic world of Antoine de Saint-Exupéry’s work and to foster the students’ creative thinking and communication skills.

The students of the Gyumri “Little Prince” Children’s Social Center of the Armenian Caritas NGO also participated in the program, presenting their essays and artworks on the theme “What is essential is invisible to the eye; only the heart sees clearly.”

During the event, a video presentation was shown, highlighting the philosophical messages of “The Little Prince,” the symbolic depth of its characters, and the timeless human values conveyed in the book.

The students of the decorative and applied arts groups of both centers presented their own creations, reflecting the world of Saint-Exupéry’s characters through original color and compositional solutions. The authors of the essays and creative works were awarded certificates of appreciation, while Anna Martirosyan, coordinator of the “Little Prince” Children’s Social Center, received a certificate of honor for effective cooperation with the Endanik Center.

As a result of the program, a bridge of cooperation was established between the two centers, fostering the exchange of experience and the development of a creative environment. In her speech, Anna Martirosyan, coordinator of the “Little Prince” Center, emphasized the message of the event, highlighting the importance of friendship, responsibility, and love.

“The creative education shaped through art and reading contributes not only to the development of skills but also to the cultivation of humanistic values. Such programs broaden children’s understanding of the world and strengthen their love for literature and art by giving new meaning to Saint-Exupéry’s timeless messages,” said Eliza Frangulyan, Head of the Artistic Department of the Center, concluding the event.

At the end of the event, the participants shared their impressions on a collaborative display board they had created about “The Little Prince.”
