Isahakyan's poetry and Saryan's color in the Isahakyan community
As part of the series of events dedicated to "Masters of Pen and Brush: Avetik Isahakyan 150 and Martiros Saryan 145," the students of the "Entanik" Youth Creative Center held an event in the Isahakyan community of Shirak Province, where Avetik Isahakyan's childhood was spent. In the center of the village, near the bust of Avetik Isahakyan, students from the center and the Isahakyan secondary school performed theatrical recitations, interpretations of works, thematic analyses, and artistic performances in a symbolic atmosphere. The environment, rich with memories of the great writer's childhood, imparted a unique impulse to the participants to create. An open-air painting workshop was also organized featuring artwork in Saryan colors, which were subsequently presented in an exhibition. The event was another platform to connect youth with the life and creative legacy of our two cultural figures—masters of literature and painting—as well as to stimulate their creative thinking and means of expression. This initiative allowed young people not only to study the art and works of Avetik Isahakyan and Martiros Saryan in depth, but also to express their feelings and perceptions through art, fostering interest, respect, and love for cultural values. The program is implemented with the support of the MoESCS of the Republic of Armenia and on the initiative of the "Entanik" Center.
