The memorial of Herher valley near the village Jajur has become a place of pilgrimage for the surrounding communities. On April 24, headmaster of "Endanik" center, academic staff and students visited Herher valley, to pay tribute to the innocent victims. They laid a wreath at the memorial monument built for the memory of the martyrs of the Armenian Genocide and prayed for God's for the souls of innocent victims. The conductor of the center, A. Mkrtchyan, presented to the students the genocide committed by the Ottoman Empire in the Jardi dzor .She claimed that according to historical evidence, more than 12,000 residents were killed in 1942-1921 era. Kemalist Turkey, occupying the Shirak and Pambak regions, has carried out the killing of women and children in 50 villages. They have brought this dzor away from eyes and shot.
Teenagers called on their peers to support the united spirit and will of the Armenians seeking justice and peace, and the boys were impressed and excited.
