“Endanik” youth creative center of Gyumri of Ministry of Education of Republic of Armenia realized from 22nd to 27th of July summer school program called “Let’s build our future together, in camp “Arbanyak” of Vanadzor.
Teenagers from Shirak region, Dzavakh and Artsakh took part in this program.
The aim of the program was to assist to the development of friendly ties between children of school age during the organization of their rest, to know and to appreciate the Armenian culture, to promote patriotism, to contribute to the aesthetic and environmental education.
Guided by military patriotic ideology different types of events, training and sportive games, courses of evacuation, first help, healthy lifestyle, thematic seminars, sportive, military and intellectual contests, campaigns, the presentation of the Armenian history and heroic episodes of Karabakh war, discussions on following themes “The Armenian fighters in Karabakh fight”, “The immortal heroes of the history”, “I create my tomorrow’s day myself” had been organized and actualized for teenagers in summer school.
The participants of summer school spent an unforgettable day in Monastery of Haghpat, where an event dedicated to great singer of love and bard poet Sayat-Nova was organized, which had the following title “The festival of rose”.
The summer school program “Let’s build our future together” stimulated the military patriotic education of teenagers, united them around the idea of unified fatherland, the interest of participants towards the Armenian official symbols was encouraged.
The participants also learned to build healthy relationships based on responsibility, honesty, mutual respect and care.
The program contributed to the upbringing of responsible and conscious, patriot and freedom-loving, spiritually strong, future active citizen.
