On November 11, "Endanik" Children and Youth Creative Center of Ministry of Science, Education, Culture and Sport of the RA hosted the employees of Artsakh Republic's Children and Youth Creative Centers for the purpose of trial training. It was possible to implement the project with the efforts and initiative of the RA Ministry of Science, Education, Culture and Sport, Gyumri No. 4 Vocational State School and "Endanik" Center. Within the framework of the visit, the educational and cultural transition of the organization, which has been actived in the field for more than three decades, and the work of professional groups were organized.
A seminar was held for the guests on the topic "Peculiarities of document circulation in extracurricular education". Anush Mkrtchyan, deputy director of Gyumri Vocational School No. 4, presented the importance of extracurricular education, as well as layered teaching methods. The deputy director of the center Svetlana Petrosyan presented details about the document circulation developed for the effective operation of the center and its application. The attendees addressed their interesting questions to the seminarians, receiving comprehensive answers that will make them applicable in their methodological manuals, emphasizing the role and importance of extracurricular education in the education of generations. Taking into account the fact that as a result of the 44-day war of 2020, some centers failed to retrieve the documents they had, they appealed to the management of "Endanik" center to provide the documents developed by them, which are effective examples of organizing extracurricular education. After that, the guests went around the groups of the center, got acquainted with the taught professions, after which everyone chose the profession of their choice and received master classes, and shared their knowledge. At the end of the meeting, the guests talked about the acquired knowledge, exchange of experience and impressions at the round table discussion, thanked Artur Minasyan, the headmaster of "Endanik" center, Knarik Aharonyan, the headmaster of Gyumri Vocational State School No. 4, for the impressive educational and cultural day. The parties also exchanged symbolic gifts.

I also want to thank Mr. Minasyan and Mrs. Aharonyan, because Gyumri was not planned as part of this visit, and all these expenses were covered by "Endanik" center, thank you for the fundamental work, for your specialists and furnished rooms. The Ministry found it expedient to present to you the book of the works of Vika Avetisyan from Hadrut," said Armine Barseghyan,the employee of the Ministry of Science Education and Culture,Sport of RA.
