From April 1 st, 2015 in “Endanik” youth creative center of the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Armenia starts the program dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide, entitled “The silent witnesses of the history”.
Persons interested in it are invited to participate in the following contests realized in the frame of the program:
• The preparation of the slide show on the following theme “Churches of Western Armenia yesterday and today”.
• Gathering of information about churches of the Shirak region.
• The creative work entitled “The silent witnesses of the history”/the works can be done in different styles (works of applied arts, that is to say, painting, pottery, rug making, silversmithing, creative composition and so on)/.
The works can be done individually or in groups.
The authors of the best three works of each contest will be awarded.
The submission deadline is the 10th of May.
