On December 20, in "Endanik" Youth Creative Center was held an open lesson entitled "The Role of IT in Science and Economy Development" with the participation of computer group students.
The lesson aimed to enrich students' knowledge, to develop the abilities of making research work and presenting the information purposefully.
The students made a historic excursion to a rich and advanced era of information technology by emphasizing its role and importance.
Through the slide, teenagers presented information about the first individual computers and IT spheres. The slide included also professional games and exercises. The students' ability to react quickly and the gained knowledge was checked.
During the lesson were also presented statistical data on Armenia's IT sector, an interesting video material about IT in the military sphere.
At the end of the lesson, the students, as a noteworthy fact, presented IT innovations – about computer pen and smart clock created by Armenians.
The open lesson was summed up with the question "What new achievements will be in IT sphere after 5 years?" Discussions, interesting ideas and opinions were sounded concerning all of these.
