On November 17, in " Endanik " Youth Creative Centre of Science and Education of the Republic of Armenia hosted an exhibition entitled "Craft is a source of drops".
The creative works of students of carpet weaving, embroidery, silversmithing, bijouterie and ceramics groups were presented at the exhibition hall. The aim of the exhibition was to present students' creative abilities and skills, to raise interest in national crafts and art. The event was attended by artists, parents, educators and students. For creating works of art and craft the exhibition participants have made a landmark the wise words of H. Shiraz "Learn the crafts, do not be so weak, craft is a golden bracelet". The students briefly reported on the specific features of each of the craftsmanship’s and their importance in the preservation of Armenian culture. The guests walked in the exhibition hall, got acquainted with the works of young and highly appreciated professional abilities and skills. The best participants were rewarded with diplomas.
Svetlana Petrosyan, the Deputy Director of the "Endanik" Center, summarizing the event, highlighted the organization of similar exhibitions, as a result of which the students not only acquire skills in the chosen profession, but also become traitors and keepers of traditional Armenian traditions and arts.
