The period of fifty days from Holy Easter to Epiphany is called Hinunk or Hinants period, that is, 50 days dedicated to the Resurrection of Jesus Christ. Like the Sundays of the Great Lent period, the 7 Sundays of the Ancient One are also named by the calendar of Armenian Apostolic Church with separate names: New Sunday or Double Easter, Ashkharmatra or Green Sunday, Red Sunday, Cross of Appear, Ascension, Second Palm Sunday, Epiphany.
In order to be a communicator of the spiritual advice of the Double Day, "Endanik" center gathered under its roof the teenagers who were displaced from Shirak region and Artsakh attended the center. The spiritual and cultural event was started with united Lord's prayer and the interpretation of the spiritual council of Father Varuzhan Terteryan. Easter is also called "New Sunday" because, with the Crucifixion and Resurrection of Christ, the New Creation begins, everything is renewed again. That day is called double, because the Lord appeared to the disciples on the first Sunday and dispelled their doubts about his resurrection. I greatly value and welcome the initiatives of "Endanik" center, which keep the students close to spiritual values, communicate the mysteries of spiritual holidays, everything received when you act with faith. Therefore, it is important that we have faith in the Lord and renew our souls with united prayer," said priest Varuzhan Terteryan.The students of the dance group of the center presented to the audience at the spiritual and cultural event games related to Easter ritual,performed national songs and dances. The event was concluded with a reception prepared with Easter dishes.
