On June 29, in the hall of the “Endanik” center was held martial arts tournament (Kyokushinka karate) in order to arouse the interest of teenagers in martial arts especially Kyokushinka karate to promote a healthy lifestyle as well as to increase their sportsmanship.
During the event the students performed punches and kicks, katas, self-defense actions as well as several fights typical of Kyokushin Karate.
The Kata tournament was held in three rounds. Everyone had a great desire to win.
After a difficult fight, Armen Karapetyan took the first place, Aram Khachatryan took the second place, and Harutyun Martirosyan took the third place.
The winners were awarded certificates and medals.
Attendees appreciated the physical fitness and technical skills of the participants.
