The program is assigned for the teenagers of 12 to 18 ages. 
The duration of the learning is 3 years.
There must be from 8 to 12 pupils in the group.
The form of learning may be in group or individually.
The duration of studies is 45 minutes for 1 lesson, from 6 to 8 classes weekly.
The learning process is realized through the combination of theoretical and practical classes.
There are all the necessary conditions for the organization of the learning process in the classroom and there are all the necessary items for the organization of the teaching process.
The pupils of the group of radio electronics learn to prepare the equipments, tools and items, to use the drawings and conventional signs, to gather, to read and to develop different types of schemes, reveal the causes of defects and shortcomings of the equipments, to change radio elements and joints, at the same time saving the defined technology, to check and test the work of repaired equipments, to provide the comparability of the work of equipments, which work together, install antennas and configure their work, to configure the optimal modes of the work of equipments, to keep the rules of security.
The pupils learn to do the works of engine maintenance, such as cleaning, changing of coals, checking the condition of the bearings and lubrication.
The pupils get acquainted with basics of the radio connection, they learn to compose and to collect radio equipment independently.
The works of the pupils are shown in the exhibition hall of the center, the best works are presented in republican festivals and contests.
